Our next three meetings (morning, lunchtime and evening) will focus on member networking. We urge to attend all or some of these meetings, as there will be different members at each one. It’s a real opportunity to find out what members have to offer, as well as making sure they know what you offer.
Our first networking meeting of the year will take place on :

We will start with a few moments of wellbeing from our member Bláithín Dooley – Nutritionist and Emotional Eating Coach
In preparation for the meeting please have your contact details to hand in whatever format you are comfortable with. It could be:
- A printed business card
- Hand written on a piece of paper
- A screenshot on your phone
- A copy of your email signature
- A QR code of your website or social media
Networking on the evening will be one to one and in groups, to suit the many different personalities and communications styles of our members. Follow our LinkedIn page (click here) to see many familiar names and businesses.
Shona Heffernan from LEO will be there too, if you want to do a brief one to one check in with her on LEO Sligo supports.

SWIBN is a community of female entrepreneurs and women in business. The organisation brings together women in different stages of business development, from start-up to expansion.
